Dental Insurance
Village Family Dental accepts most PPO dental insurance. Dental insurance plans vary widely in their coverage of services. Your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company. We have no control over their decisions and the amount they decide to pay. Our office will do our best to file your insurance claims and maximize your benefits. Please call our office to discuss your specific insurance coverage.

Financial Policy
Our office tries to accommodate all patients with or without dental insurance. You can pay for your office visits and any treatment by cash, check, or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and AMEX) at the time of service.
We can also assist you in applying for Care Credit as a means of payment for dental care. Care Credit provides flexible payment options and 0% to low interest financing in many treatments
Our office offers senior citizen discounts for patients 65 and over.
Privacy Notice
Leaf Family Dentistry values your privacy. All discussions with our doctor and staff, relating to a patient's treatment, fees, and payment, are deemed personal and confidential. We try our best to have conversations regarding your treatment of personal information in private consult room or operatories.
