Because significant amount of cavities and broken-down tooth, this patient was suggested to take out last two back teeth in upper and root canal on lower molar by another dentist
After careful examination, we decided that we can at least try to attempt to save as many tooth as possible. Because you only get to have one permanent tooth in lifetime.
We did root canal on upper two teeth and only got one out and was able to save lower molar by doing big patch of filling instead of expensive root canal and crown.
Patient is now happy and coming back every six months to check his teeth.
